Returns

If you wish to return an item you have purchased with us, please review our Returns Policy and Conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible for a return and follow the correct process.

Returns Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges or refunds for returns, however you may return an item for a store credit. Your store credit is valid for 6 months and must be used in one transaction. You can place a new order to receive the item of your choice providing the following conditions have been met:

Our Conditions

  • Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. The original invoice must be included along with the complete 'Returns Form'. Returns outside this time-frame will not be accepted and items will be returned back to you.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means the garments must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused with tags still attached. Items must have no stains or strong odours.
  • No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note.
  • No returns on sale items, accessories and swimwear.
  • We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as we are not liable for any packages that are lost in transit.

Credit Notes

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
  • Store credit must be used in one transaction and cannot be split over multiple transactions.
  • Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • When making a new purchase using store credit, store credit will not be applied on new shipping cost. Customer must pay for new shipping cost.

All items will be inspected by our staff upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet with the above conditions. The item will be returned to the sender in this situation.

Faulty Items

If you find a fault in your item on arrival, please email us a photo so we can assess the item to deem it may be a manufacturers fault. We shall replace, repair or exchange the item. A full refund via the original payment method is allocated if we are unable to repair or replace the item. Please note that loose/excess threads and irregular prints/see through are not considered as a fault. Please read the description of each items carefully before purchasing.

Process

  • Please notify us of your return via an email to info@vyen.com.au. We will provide you the 'Returns Form' and instructions on how to return the item/s to us. 
  • Fill in the return form and include it with your package along with your items and original invoice.

Processing Time

  • We process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
  • We will notify you via email, once the return has been received and inspected.

Important Note

When making a new purchase using store credit, store credit will not be applied on new shipping cost. Customer must pay for new shipping cost.
