We use Australia Post and Sendle services to ship our orders domestically and internationally.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be shipped the following business day.
  • Tracking information is emailed to you on the day that orders are dispatched.

*Due to Covid-19, there are significant delays and disruptions in international shipping. Many international routes are currently suspended, and remaining routes have lower flight frequencies. This may cause longer transit and delivery times. Deliveries also depend on overseas portal and delivery services. Restrictions and operating constraints are causing delays in most countries. VYEN has no control over these issues, and we are not responsible for any delays in transit and delivery times.

 

International Taxes + Custom & Duty Charges

Orders outside of Australia may incur additional sale taxes, duty and/ or custom charges. These charges are set by the governments and vary depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

VYEN is not responsible for any additional taxes, duty and/ or custom charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject custom charges.

We recommend customers to contact your local custom offices if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and custom fees that are relevant to you. VYEN is not responsible for any fees or delays in transit due to unpaid taxes, duty and /custom charges.

 

Important Information

Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. 

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, VYEN cannot offer a refund or replace your order. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transits. Please follow up with Australia Post or Sendle for more information on the location of your item/s during shipping.
